What we keep
Short version: aggregate listener counts per mount, and nothing that identifies an individual listener.
This website
No analytics, no cookies, no third-party scripts, no fonts loaded from anyone else's server. The single JavaScript file on this site sets the current year in the footer and highlights the active navigation item. Nothing is sent anywhere.
The relay nodes
Nodes count how many connections a mount currently has, and record the peak per hour. That is what produces the figures on the network page. Addresses of listeners are not written to disk and are not retained after the connection ends.
This is partly principle and mostly practicality: a station's audience is the station's business, we have no use for the data, and storing it would create an obligation to protect it.
What stations see
Stations get their own concurrent-listener count and hourly peaks for their own mounts. They do not get listener addresses, because we do not have them.
Messages to the shared mailbox are kept while the matter is open and for a while afterwards, because threads have a habit of resuming. Ask and we will delete yours.
Legal requests
We have not received one. If we do, we will answer honestly, which in most cases means explaining that the records being asked for were never created.
